I have an amazing little girl with amazing faith!
She hit a tree yesterday up at the cabin and was in and out of consciousness as we raced her down the mountain to the hospital. Her father of course gave her a blessing first thing! By the time we got to Provo I knew she was OK but wanted to have her checked out. The CT scan showed a fracture skull but no internal bleeding! Being a nurse the Dr. let me bring her home with strict instructions! Besides LOC (level of consciousness) the next thing to watch was throwing up. We just got her to the suburban when she threw up. We got her home and tried to keep her sipping water, when we tried something stronger her threw up. Great now if she threw up one more time we would have to go back to the hospital.
Danny immediately ask for a blessing I told her she had had 2 already and she said "You should have a blessing when your conscious so you can use your faith." Her father and grandfather gave her her blessing and then her grandfather said something important that this should teach us to be careful but that it is OK to still have Fun in life!
Of course I slept with her last night or half slept so I could talk to her every few hours and give her sips of water. Interesting how tragedy always make us appreciate and re- memorized their sweet little bodies. Twelve plus hour and she is keeping her water down. She told me she would be fine this morning! Of course she looks worse, a very purple eye! Ilia was tenderly hugging her goodbye twice before he left with David.
Yup we all need the faith of little Children!

Christmas!
I have not enjoyed a Christmas this much since the the Christmas 18 year ago when I had a one week old baby for Christmas !Lydia and Ilia are so excited it is very infectious! The best part is bringing the true meaning of Christmas into their lives. Having grown up in the gospel and having raised my bio children in the gospel conversion is a gradual process. It is amazing to watch Ilia and Lydia conversion. The first thing we noticed was Ilia's willingness to pray, homework is now easier. and my personal favorite the way they treat Dannalee. David and I almost cry as we watch this new caring and tenderness. Yesterday they came home from Denae's apt at college where they had spent 3 days ( I enjoyed the first two day of freedom but was moping around the house yesterday waiting for them to come home!) anyway last night all the children were downstairs with the granddaughter waltzing to Christmas music. Oh yea it does not get any better!
Merry Christmas to all! May the true love of Christmas be in your heart all year through!

Still Honeymooning!
First go back to baptism day I added a Pic there I don't do it often so it is a big thing when I talk a child into helping me out!
Just like a newlyweds we/I think life is blissful. I know it will end but I am trying to soak up very bit of fun and happy times together to have a big storage of love and good time to get me through the rough time I know are down the road.
After dinner last night in which Ilia was saying how he loves food I was teasing him if he loves His family as much as food he said YES But stated then stated families mean food! The children were discussing how many years of college before mission and how long you are on a mission (it was less than they thought mission not college ). Then we literally ran around the neighborhood passing out our gifts. They were loving it! Singing, wishing neighbor's Merry Christmas it was a Good night
. As I dropped the kids off for school this morning (we were late as we had skyped Daniel and the Bennett's two girl) Ilia put his cheek out for a kiss and of course a good round of " Love you "before they jumped out. YEP honeymoon bliss!
